What Diet are you trying?

WLFS is curious as to what diet you are trying? Is it working?


  1. I have little free time per day, so I workout hard for 30-45 mins and watch what I eat. It seems to work for me right now and keeps me stable. Great site by the way!

  2. I exercise about four to five times a week. This allows me to eat almost anything I want as long as I keep my carb intake low, eat small meals throughout the day, and don't eat after 7pm.
